SEVEN MILLERS: Spring Break!

Last week was Spring Break for the kids. Bryan took the time off from work as well, and we drove down to Florida. We had a really good time! We started off at Mom and Dad's from Friday night until Tuesday afternoon. Christine, Dylan, Madison and Peyton came up for the weekend and we celebrated Dylan's 15th birthday (Wow!). Bryan got to play lots of golf and I got to see my Mom :) On Tuesday afternoon we drove to Graham and Rebecca's in Lake Mary. We hung out with them and the kids (Alix, Nick, Carlee and Jake), talking and eating pizza! GREAT TIME! We stayed there Tuesday night and went over to Universal Studios City Walk on Wednesday. We had a lot of fun with the kids, wandering around and shopping. We hooked up with Dean and got to bring Dean Jr. with us. That night we had dinner with Dean, Pam, Dean Jr., and Pam's family. Zachary was so happy to play with Dean Jr.! On Thursday, we got up EARLY, ate breakfast, and got to Universal Studios as it opened. I think we were one of the first families in! The kids had a blast on all the rides! Pam and Dean Jr. met us there and did Islands of Adventure AND Universal Studios with us! What a day! God bless Pam...she is an awesome Mom, Aunt and Sister-in-law! We closed the park and left at 7:30pm. That evening Pam, Dean Jr. and her nieces met us at our hotel and we went to dinner. It was wonderful. Friday morning we got up, drove back to Graham and Rebecca's (they were so kind to dogsit our guys, Skeeter and Hampton), got the dogs, and headed back to Kansas. My amazing husband drove until midnight, when I finally got him to stop at a hotel. We woke early Saturday morning, and arrived home at about 7:30pm! I was so happy to get home and start laundry! Today the kids are back to school and Bryan is back in Florida for a conference! Me...I'm back to the gym, laundry, cleaning and blogging!

Here are some pics from our day at Universal. We bought the kids shirts at City Walk, THING 1 (Kodi), THING 2 (Jake), THING 3 (Sami), THING 4 (Zachary) and they wore them to the park the next day. It was so cute! It was really nice to have Kodi hanging out with the family, since she is usually with her friends!! As you can see by the pictures, she is pretty much back to normal after the accident.
