It's been exactly one month since we received our referral for our little girl. In that time we completed the necessary additional paperwork, sent off our "Letter of Intent" to adopt Phoebe, it was accepted and we received our PA (Pre-approval). This is all GREAT news! Things are moving along quite well. Our agency told us that since we have had our dossier in China for almost a year, things will probably move quickly. She seemed to think we would be traveling in late March or early April! Yea!! We are so ready to get our girl. We were able to send a care package to her orphanage with some pictures of us, toys, clothes, etc.
We'll let everyone know when we receive our TA (Travel Approval) and Consulate Appointment. Once we get that we'll know when we are heading to China!
