Miss Madison and Spring

This past week really flew by after our wonderful Spring Break trip to Florida! 

We were so blessed to have our beautiful niece, Madison, ride back with us and spend her Spring Break in Kansas.  Unfortunately, it rained ALL week and the kids were all in school so there wasn't a whole lot for this little sweetie to do.  Most people would wonder WHY she would want to leave Florida to come to little ole' Overland Park, but I know why...

 These two have had an amazing connection since Madison came to visit us when she was about 4-years-old.

He even made sure he wasn't traveling so he could spend time with her. 

It was also really fun for P!  Madison would sit with her after school and help with her homework, pick her clothes out for the next school day, and just play!

Before we knew it our time was up!  If you're reading this My Madison...we LOVE YOU and MISS YOU already!

Also, spring is here!  I love watching the new growth pop up all around.
